This interactive session is designed to support UBC Coaches to strengthen their understanding of disability and identify disability-inclusive practices for their coaching.
Building on the foundational concepts from the self-paced training, Disability at Work 101 (a prerequisite), this interactive Q&A session will be co-facilitated by Workplace Accessibility Specialists, Leah Watson and Stephen Pannuto from UBC's Centre for Workplace Accessibility. Bring your questions and get ready to engage in peer dialogue to make your coaching practice more accessible and disability inclusive. Together we will explore how enhancing accessibility supports coaching excellence for all UBC employees.
