Indy Batth, PCC
Mentor Coach

Indy is a coach, facilitator and consultant with expertise in leadership, racial equity, inclusion and belonging. She holds an MA in Education from UBC and is an ICF-certified (PCC) leadership coach trained in executive, neuroscience, and team/systems coaching.

Lucy Johannsohn, ACC
Mentor Coach

Lucy Johannsohn is the program manager for UBC Coaching Services, a UBC Internal Coach and has a professional background in journalism, marketing and communications. Lucy is a Certified Organizational Coach, a certifed Mentor Coach Practitioner and holds an ICF PCC credential. 


PARTICIPATION EXPECTATIONS

Please arrive ready to:

  • Step into the role of coach (not only to participate as a client or observer).
  • Attend the session in full - the virtual doors for this session will be locked to late arrivals 10 min after the start time.
  • Actively participate in all activities including breakout room conversations, self-reflection, large group discussion.

Important note: Registration for this session is provided by Zoom. You must be logged in to the Zoom account with which you registered to access the session.

SESSION ACCESSIBILITY

  • This session will be hosted on Zoom and will involve participation via audio and video and may also involve breakout rooms and participation via chat.

  • This session will not be recorded.

ICF CCEU INFORMATION

All coaches who attend this session live and in full, regardless or role performed, are eligible to log CCEUs towards their ICF credentialing requirements. Please note, Coaching Services does not issue CCEU certificates for Group Mentor Coaching and Group Coaching Supervision sessions. All coaches who attend can document the mentor/supervisor's name, session date and numbers of hours independently in the ICF credentialing portal.
