About the Pictou County Climate Summit
We invite you to join us for the Pictou County Climate Summit happening May 29-30 at the Pictou County Wellness Centre. The Climate Summit will bring together municipal representatives, organizations, businesses, and community members to strengthen collaboration and accelerate collective climate action across the region.

10 Tables Dialogue
May 29 | 9am - 3pm
A one-day, facilitated working session bringing together people from across Pictou County to focus on sustainable development, exploring how the environment, community, and the local economy intersect, and where collective effort can drive progress. Exhibitor Showcase
May 29 | 10:30am - 3pm
An exhibitor showcase will be open to the public throughout both days, featuring programs, organizations, businesses, and projects that are advancing climate action across the province.
Climate Social
May 29 | 6pm - 8pm
Relax, network, and exchange ideas over light refreshments while connecting with others in a warm and welcoming environment. This is a great opportunity to build new relationships, share perspectives, and continue meaningful conversations in an informal setting.
Day 2 | May 30, 2026
Exhibitor Showcase
May 30 | 8:30am - 3:30pm
An exhibitor showcase will be open to the public throughout both days, featuring programs, organizations, businesses, and projects that are advancing climate action across the province. There will be art activities throughout the day on Saturday and a Songs for the Earth performance from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m.

The climate summit features a full day of speakers, discussions, and activities centered around climate action.
