How to Redeem Your Gift Card
If you’ve received a gift card for Smash Factor Muskoka, you can easily apply it to your account and use the balance to book simulator time online.
Here’s how:
1. Log in to your booking profile
Go to our Your Trackman Online Booking Account through the link below.
Sign in with your email and password.
2. Access Your Profile Settings
Click on your Profile or Account Settings in the top menu.
3. Find the Gift Card Section
Look for Gift Card or Redeem Gift Card in your profile.
4. Enter Your Gift Card Number
Type in the unique gift card code you received.
Click Redeem.
Enjoy Your Balance
The gift card amount will be added to your account.
Use these funds when booking your next simulator session!
